Jennifer Roberts is an award winning soprano who has been praised for her voluptuous tone, amazing technical skill, and ability to endear herself to all who hear her.  Jennifer has created over twenty operatic roles in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.  She has performed with Opera Memphis, The Connecticut Opera, The New York Chamber Opera, The Memphis Symphony, The Memphis Vocal Arts Ensemble,  The New Israeli Opera, The Como Opera Guild, The International Institute of Vocal Arts in Chiari, Italy, and The International Vocal Arts Institute, in Tel Aviv, Israel.   Jennifer has performed under the batons of Paul Nadler, Willie Anthony Waters, Lucy Arner, Richard Barrett, Michael Ching, Alan Balter, and Thomas Machen.  

Jennifer was a regional finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, a winner of The Connecticut Opera Guild Competition, and a finalist in the Friedrich Shorr International Vocal Competition.  Early in her career, she was recognized as an important talent by internationally reknowned Verdian soprano, Kallen Esperian.  Ms. Esperian asked Jennifer to be her understudy as Violetta in Verdi’s “La Traviata”.  She was also invited to attend Joan Dornemann’s acclaimed International Vocal Arts Institute in Tel Aviv, Israel.  While in Tel Aviv, she sang the role of Musetta in "La Bohème” and was featured in The New York Times.

Jennifer was honored to sing in the finale of Stephen Sondheim’s Birthday Gala at Alice Tully Hall.  Her singing was featured on the Australia episode of Nick Jr.'s Emmy nominated children's animated series "Wonder Pets".  She was also honored to sing Opera on the recently televised "Music Magic" episode of the Emmy Award Winning iconic television show, “Sesame Street”.

Jennifer recently made her Theater Orchestra of Florida debut alongside Andrea Bocelli Competition winner and celebrated Tenor, Roberto Iarussi.  She was also thrilled to be a featured concert artist for The Sycamore Arts Council in her hometown of Senatobia, Mississippi. 

Ms. Roberts resides in the New York City metro area with her husband, Jared, and their beautiful daughter, Noelle.
